– Derrick R. Carter, 25, was arrested and charged with negotiating a worthless instrument.

– Calvin Vantrell Williams, 41, was arrested and charged with DUI.
– Larry Darnell Harris, 24, was arrested and charged with failure to appear-no proof of insurance and failure to appear-driving while license suspended.
