July 15
Unauthorized use of vehicle from Dixie Drive, Lowndesboro. Stolen was a 2008 Chevrolet Malibu valued at $7,000.
Assault third degree from Mosses.
Theft of property (motor vehicle) from U.S. Highway 80 East, Hayneville.
Theft of property (motor vehicle) from the 100 block of Cain Circle, Hayneville. Stolen was a 1970 Oldsmobile Delta 88 valued at $1,500.

July 16
Burglary third degree/theft of property third degree from the 100 block of Steep Creek Road, Hope Hull. Stolen was a pressure washer valued at $350.

July 17
Theft of property third degree from the 200 block of Smith Street, Hayneville. Stollen was a Droid X cell phone valued at $118.
Incident from the 900 block of Tyson Road, Hope Hull. Stolen was $200 worth of diesel fuel.

July 18
Incident from the 700 block of Forest Street, Fort Deposit. Confiscated were three leafy green plants valued at $1,000.
Assault second degree from the 8400 block of Alabama Highway 97, Letohatchee.
Assault second degree from the 900 block of Tyson Road, Hope Hull.

July 19
Criminal mischief third degree from the 100 block of Bowie Circle, Tyler. A vehicle was damaged in the amount of $500.
Domestic violence third degree from the 8400 block of Alabama Highway 97, Letohatchee.
Harassment from the 900 block of Robinson Switch Road, Lowndesboro.

Theft of property third degree from the 3100 block of Atchison Road, Hope Hull. Stolen was a tiller valued at $500.

July 21

Burglary third degree from the 200 block of Jefferson Drive, Letohatchee. Stolen was a Toshiba 42-inch flat screen television.
