An arrest has been made in connection with another Lowndes County burglary.

Tommy Eric Holmes, 41, of Lowndesboro (Hope Hull area) was arrested by Lt. G. Lashun on Thursday, Oct. 1 on charges of theft of property first, burglary second degree and attempting to elude in connection with a Hope Hull burglary.

According to Hutson Holmes was a suspect in the burglary of about $3,000 in jewelry and a shotgun and is out of jail on a $30,500 bond. He said the jewelry was recovered.
