White Hall residents will have a choice between two candidates to fill the town’s remaining vacant town council seat.
According to Town Clerk Shanvia Sellers, qualifying for the election set for Dec. 17 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for Town Council Seat Two are Jean Harris and Ruby Dee Rudolph.
Also, at the council’s last regular meeting held last Thursday, Nov. 7, the council voted to
“permanently hire” Town Clerk Sellers over the opposition of Council member Audrey Peterson.
Sellers said the town also has a new administrative assistant, Lakendra Walker.
