Representatives from Pioneer Electric Cooperative (PEC) will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 18, 2014 at First Citizens Bank of Hayneville to answer questions regarding Pioneer services, membership and billing.
“There are many ways for members to gain information about their membership such as Alabama Living Magazine, the Pioneer website, the Pioneer mobile app, by calling to ask questions or by coming by one of our offices.
These customer service sessions however, will make it easier for members who are not as centrally located to one of our offices to have face to face conversations with Pioneer representatives,” said PEC Communications Specialist Casey Rogers.
The customer service sessions will take place every third Thursday of the month at First Citizen’s Bank of Hayneville, which is also an authorized bill payment location for Pioneer Electric Cooperative.
PEC members living in Lowndes County and other nearby counties will now be now able to interact with Pioneer representatives without traveling to PEC’s Greenville or Selma office.
“This is a great way for members to express concerns and ask specific questions about their membership, bill or other Pioneer services,” said PEC’s Selma Office Manager Harriett Foster.
“We are dedicated to serving our members and we created this opportunity to make it even easier for members to be able to ask questions and gain more information about their cooperative.”
Reservations are preferred, but walk-up appointments are welcome.
To request a reservation, please call 1-800-933-7732. For more information about PEC, please visit Pioneer’s newly upgraded website at www.pioneerelectric.com or contact Casey Rogers at 334-382-4904.
