Kimberly Perry, National Honor Society advisor at Central High School, announced the rebirth of the Central High Chapter and the induction of honorees at a ceremony held Wednesday, March 15.
“I am super excited that PTA gave the monetary donation to charter the National
Honor Society at Central High School,” Perry said.
She said Central had not enjoyed a charter since 2012.
She said, “The students deserved this occasion for maintaining a cumulative 3.0 GPA and
completing many hours of community service.

Rochell Nelson, Tyler Patterson, Rashinique Rasberry, Jaydon Rudolph, Monteara Rudolph, Taideria Rush, Anthony Sellers, Cormisha Smiley, Sedrick Smith, Melody Walker, Sade Wallace, Kuinajia Williams and Keirsha Zinn.
