Does your septic system back up? Do you have straight pipe wastewater into your yard?
The public is being asked to join a conversation with community members, engineers, activists and health experts Saturday, Sept. 22 from 10 a.m. until 12 noon at the Jackson-Steele Community Center, 590 Freedom Road, White Hall to workshop solutions for wastewater infrastructure and public health risks in Lowndes County.
The event is free and open to the public. Coffee, beverages and snacks provided. Sponsored by Southerly and the Montgomery Advertiser.
