The Central Lady Lions fell to R.C. Hatch 49-34 in the 2A regional finals at the Dunn-Oliver Acadome in Montgomery, Tuesday, Feb. 19. However, the Calhoun Tigers boys varsity defeated R.C. Hatch in the 2A regional finals 79-57 and advanced to the State 2A semi-finals to face Sacred Heart Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 25.
