Autism Awareness

Central Elementary School and the Special Education Department presents Autism Awareness Week April 22-26. A parade will take place Friday, April 26 at 1:30 p.m. and community members are invited to wear green on Monday, red on Tuesday, purple on Wednesday, yellow on Thursday and blue Friday for the observance.

HIM Graduation

Egg Workshop

Book Signing

White Hall resident Lucy Reeves Vaughner will hold a book signing for her debut book, “Matters of the Heart” at the Hayneville Library April 26 at 1 p.m. The event is open to the public.

Equipment Auction

LCUWP Applications

Head Start

Get Lit Bus

The Lowndes County Public Schools’ Get Lit Bus will stop in Hayneville on May 4 starting at 9 a.m. Come by and get on and enjoy learning. Contact the schools’ central office for more information.

Celebrating Cosby

The Lowndes County Disabled Americans Veterans, Chapter 100 joins community partners to sponsor a Health and Wellness Expo May 18 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Fort Deposit Guard Armory.
