The Lowndes County Disabled Americans Veterans, Chapter 100 joins community partners to sponsor a Health and Wellness Expo May 18 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Fort Deposit Guard Armory. Head Start

Prayer Walk

Calvary Church will host its 6th annual Pentecost Prayer Walk on May 19 at 9 a.m. Lineup starts at 8:30 a.m. from the church at 6000 U.S. Highway 80 East in Lowndesboro. Participants are encouraged to bring signs and posters.

Church Anniversary

The Calvary Church in Lowndesboro will celebrate its 10th anniversary with the theme, “Great is Thy Faithfulness: Lamentations 3:23” Sunday, June 2 at 2 p.m. Guest speaker will be Bishop Kyle Saercy.
