Lowndes County native Makenzie Clarke is at No. 6 for a spot to move up in the national Favorite Chef competition. The 14-year-old entrepreneur and founder of Kenzie’s Kreations will receive $25,000 toward making her dream of opening a brick-and-mortar bakery a reality if she takes the win.
Clarke is competing among 12 chefs hoping to advance to the finish line. Only No. 1 advances to the next round.
