Central Football
The Central High School Lions travel to face LaFayette on Friday, Aug. 30. Kickoff is at 7 p.m.

The Lowndes Academy Rebels varsity football team will host Southern on Aug. 30. Kickoff is at 7 p.m.
Calhoun Football
The Calhoun School varsity football team will host Autaugaville on Friday, Aug. 30 with kickoff at 7 p.m.
Expungement Clinic
An event providing assistance with criminal record expungement and voter restoration will be held on Aug. 30 from 5 – 7 p.m. at 260 Old Fort Road in Fort Deposit. Pre-K Program
First Years Child Development Center, First Class Pre-K offers a free 4-year-old program from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. for working parents and 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for non-working parents. Classes start in August. Space is limited. Call Katina Surles at (334) 281-8627 for more information.
LCUWP Applications
The Lowndes County Unincorporated Wastewater Project is accepting applications for septic system installation or repair at its office located at 507 W. Tuskeena Street in Hayneville. Call (334) 548-2006 or stop by Monday, Wednesday, or Friday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for an application.
Head Start
