* New Salem Missionary Baptist Church will host “Sisters: Let’s Talk” a conversation to encourage, equip and empower women in their walk with Christ on Saturday, Nov. 16 at 10 a.m.

* Lowndesboro Methodist Church invites community members to its annual toy drive, soup cookoff and Thanksgiving service Nov. 24 at 5 p.m. Toys collected will go to Lowndes County Children. Follow the church on social media to sign up.
