After spending much of yesterday under a flood warning, the National Weather Service has issued a Flood Advisory until 12:30 p.m. today.

At 9:30 a.m., radar indicated moderate to heavy rainfall spreading across the area.  This rain will be falling on areas that received heavy rainfall Sunday night into Monday, with soils still wet and many small creeks and streams still elevated.

One inch or more of rain is possible in localized areas during the next couple of hours.  This will produce quick runoff into creeks and small streams, and there may be some localized flooding of streets and roadways across the area.
