The Organized Community Action Program, which includes the counties of Bullock, Butler, Covington, Crenshaw, Dale, Lowndes and Pike, is in the process of filling vacancies for a representative of the low income on the Board of Directors for Lowndes County. A public meeting will be held on Thursday, Jan. 28 at 10 a.m. at the OCAP office, 489 Tuskeena Street, E., Hayneville to elect a representative for the low income.
