According to a post at Hayneville Town Hall, the town of Hayneville will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 28 at 10 a.m. to discuss the town’s submission of an application to the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs Community Development Block Grant Program. The town is interested in obtaining citizens input on community development needs within the town. The town is requesting assistance to improve the town’s sewer infrastructure. Any citizen who requires special assistance to attend and participate in the hearing should contact David Daniel at 334-548-2128 at least 48 hours prior to the hearing date for arrangements to be made to accommodate specific needs including interpreters, sign language provision or physical limitations.
