The Lowndes Academy varsity boys basketball team holds onto their undefeated record following their 67-45 win against CCA.
Colby Briggs had a double-double and led with 26 points, 17 rebounds, two assists, one steal, and two blocks. Briggs made 12 of his 17 attempted two-point shots.
Parker Lee Harris was the second-highest scorer for the Rebels with 12 points, seven rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Self also made three of his seven attempted two-point shots and two of his eight three-point shots.
Tyler Tyus scored nine points with one assist and one steal, making all of his attempted three-point shots.
Ashton Yelder added seven points to the Rebels score with 18 rebounds, three assists, one steal, and two blocks. Yelder made two of his eight attempted two-point shots.
Jackson Self scored five points with nine rebounds, four assists, four steals, and one block. Self successfully made two of his four attempted two-point shots.
Luke Lovell scored four points for Lowndes Academy with four rebounds, one assist, and five steals. Lovell made two of his five attempted two-point shots.
Pierson Hill and Waters Box scored two points each from two-point shot attempts.
Following the win, the varsity boys sit at 4-0 for the season with a four-win streak.
