– A report was filed on County Line Road in Minter for harassment/domestic violence.
Jan. 11
– A report was filed on Interstate 65 near the 151 mile marker for trafficking cocaine. Confiscated was one 2006 tan Peterbuilt Tractor, one Witness .45 caliber handgun and six kilo-size packages believed to be cocaine.
– A report was filed at 749 Rudolph Road in Hayneville for burglary and theft of property. Stolen was one 42-inch Panasonic flat-screen television ($700), one gold ring and one silver and gold bracelet ($1,000) and one Compac laptop valued at $500.
Jan. 12
– A report was filed on Broad Street in Lowndesboro for criminal mischief and criminal trespassing. Damaged was one back door glass pane valued at $250.
– A report was filed at 1558 Mary Jane Jackson Road in Hayneville for burglary and theft of property. Reported stolen was one copper tubing gas ($200) and one furns unit cooper valued at $400.
Jan. 13
– A report was filed on Benton Road in Hayneville for vehicle recovery. Recovered was one 2007, red, four-door Toyota Camry.
Jan. 14
– A report was filed at 11494 County Road 26 in Hope Hull for Burglary and theft of property. Stolen was one bow and arrows–six in case–(Reflex Hoyt) ($400), one Wii game ($299), two men’s watches valued at $300. Confiscated was one t-shirt with bloodstain.
Jan. 15
– Nicholas D. Calhoun, 20, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, 1st and escape, 3rd.
– Terrance Truitt, 31, was arrested and charged with failure to appear-selling alcohol without a license.
– Terrance Shawn Gilchrist, 35, was arrested and charged with failure to appear-driving while revoked, failure to appear-speed and failure to appear-no seat belt.
– A report was filed on Gill Street in Burkville for domestic violence-harassment.
Jan. 16
– Floyd Spivey, 42, was arrested and charged with failure to appear-theft of property, 3rd and failure to appear-possession of marijuana, 2nd.
– A report was filed on U.S. Highway 31 in Letohatchee for welfare check on a 10-year-old.
Jan. 17
– A report was filed on County Road 12 in Gordonville for an abandoned vehicle. Recovered was one 1993 green Honda Accord.
Jan. 20
– Duane Williams, 38, was arrested and charged with child support in contempt.
– Tyronzo McCord Jackson, 28, was arrested and charged with burglary, 3rd and theft of property, 1st.
– Demetric Smith, 20, was arrested and charged with escape, 3rd and leaving the scene of an accident.
– Carolyn Hardy, 39, was arrested and charged with assault, 3rd, domestic.
– Priscilla E. Patterson, 34, was arrested and charged with failure to appear-speeding.

– Scott Jordan Thompson, 22, was arrested and charged with domestic violence/assault, 3rd.
Jan. 22
– Taurus McCall Jenkins, 27, was arrested and charged with failure to appear-no drivers license.
– Adrain Dennis Portlock, 36, was arrested and charged with DUI.
– A report was filed on Claudia Street in Hayneville for criminal mischief. Damaged was one right, rear, side window to residence.
– A report was filed at 7664 County Road 12 West for criminal trespassing and theft of property. Stolen were eight cast iron wash port ($800), seven florescent bulbs ($900), one wagon wheel ($150), one 300-pound anvil ($3,000), one vice ($300), one Cuitipacer ($200) and one 36-inch John Deer farm equipment frame valued at $200.
– A repot was filed at 193 Dancer Drive in Hope Hull for theft of property. Reported stolen was one trash receptacle valued at $59.85.
Jan. 23
– Alton Dewayne Roten, 33, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
– Earl Jarrett, 40, was arrested and charged with failure to appear-proof of insurance.
– A report was filed on Interstate 65 S at mile marker 149 for theft of property. Stolen was one catalact converter ($75) and one muffler 2.5-feet valued at $150.
Jan. 24
– Leon Middleton, 64, was arrested and charged with failure to participate.
– Marcus Harris, 21, was arrested and charged with failure to appear-possession of marijuana.
– Deatrix Shanta Moore, 33, was arrested and charged with failure to appear-negotiating a worthless instrument.
– Clarence Turner, 54, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief, 1st and cons-destroying timber.
– A report was filed on Highway 80 in Lowndesboro for property damage. Damaged was one gas pump assembly.
– A report was filed on U.S. Highway 80 in Burkville for failure to pay for gasoline. Stolen was regular unleaded gasoline valued at $25.
