According to Hayneville Magistrate Tamera McCord, the judge and prosecutor for the case have not yet been finalized. Judge Fred Bell typically hears municipal cases in Hayneville’s court with prosecutors Michael Strickland or Ed Kendall from the firm of Strickland and Kendall out of Montgomery. At the time of publication, it was unclear whether Bell, Strickland or Kendall would take part in the hearing.
