Thanksgiving always included Mama’s homemade cornbread dressing. I learned to make it just as she did, without measuring cups, by adding each ingredient until it seemed right. I taught my daughter Angie to make it and hers is the best version yet!
I’ve always loved Thanksgiving Day but the day after Thanksgiving was always a special time for my family to get together with my paternal grandparents and eat and have lasagna. Have a blessed Thanksgiving!
